Software licensing, pricing, activation, transfer, and refund terms are maintained at /license.html. If there is a conflict between these Terms and product/license terms, the product/license terms control for software use and purchase matters.

1. Scope

The Site is intended for lawful use by individuals and organizations capable of entering binding agreements. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

The Site may reference software or services not available in all regions. Nothing on the Site is an offer where prohibited by law.

You represent that you are not located in, owned/controlled by, or acting on behalf of any person, entity, or jurisdiction subject to applicable export controls or sanctions that would prohibit your use of the Site or related software.

3. Informational Content and No Professional Advice

AuditWalk content, examples, and documentation do not constitute a promise or guarantee that any software or workflow will detect every integrity issue, identify malware, prevent compromise, remediate incidents, or satisfy regulatory requirements in your environment.

4. Privacy and Communications

Information submitted through the Site (including inquiry forms, support requests, and analytics events) is handled under our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to collection, processing, and storage consistent with that policy.

Do not submit confidential, export-controlled, regulated, or third-party restricted data unless we have expressly agreed in writing to receive it for a specific support workflow.

9. Prohibited Uses

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Probe, scan, overload, or disrupt Site infrastructure.
• Submit malicious code, automated abuse traffic, or fraudulent inquiries.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADEN MEDIA GROUP LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO SITE USE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aden Media Group LLC and its affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

17. Governing Law and Forum

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes is in La Plata County, Colorado, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes relating to these Terms or Site use must be brought on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, representative, or private-attorney-general action.

18. Severability

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
