Term Options and Included Coverage

AuditWalk offers one paid Pro license with selectable term lengths. Standard term pricing is listed below. Free tier remains available for core CLI workflows.

Current promotional or early-adopter pricing, when active, is shown in the purchase flow at checkout.

License Grant and Scope

Subject to payment (where applicable) and compliance with these terms, AuditWalk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the software during the purchased term for your internal business or personal use.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, one Pro license permits one named operator and one active device at a time. Reinstalls or replacement-device activation for the same customer/operator are allowed under the transfer policy below.

Licenses may not be assigned, sold, sublicensed, or otherwise transferred to a different person or legal entity without AuditWalk's written approval. Multi-seat or enterprise usage requires applicable team/enterprise terms.

Use Restrictions

Activation and Offline Verification

AuditWalk CLI is offline-first. License verification uses signed license material validated locally by the binary.

Transfer and Reinstall

Same-customer reassignment and reinstall are supported for normal personal and business workflows. Transfer of a license to a different person or legal entity is not permitted unless approved in writing.

  1. Self-service reassignment: deactivate and reactivate to a replacement device for the same customer/operator from license tooling when available.
  2. Support-assisted reassignment: if original device access is lost, contact support with proof of purchase.
  3. Reasonable-use limits: repeated abnormal reassignment patterns may require review or team licensing.

For frequent fleet rotation or seat management, request enterprise licensing at Contact.
